After several years of sitting on a fence thinking about starting a blog and website, I've finally found the courage to actually do it. It's far from complete at this point and there will be plenty of small hiccups as I work to get this website shaped in a manner that is both easy to use for the readers and functional on a professional level.
Which leaves the blog. I'm still new to this whole blogging thing, so bear with me as I learn the ropes. Here I'll be writing about all sorts of things. From dealing with the writer woes such as rejection, burnout, the long wait for news on a book out on submission to the victories of being inspired and accepted for publication and so much more. (Also, book reviews too!) Oh, and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. It's the little things in life sometimes that are the most interesting and I'm delighted to share the journey with you.
Whether you are just starting out as an aspiring writer, already well into the publishing process, a bestselling author, a young (or elegantly aged) writer dreaming about taking the plunge into the writing world, or just having a late night love affair with books, words, and fictional characters, (I promise not to tell anyone) it is my hope that you will find something of even the smallest value here.
